Today Carol provides organizations with business advisory services focused on strategic planning, project management, change management, and business process redesign. Managing Generational Differences in the Workplace

For the first time in our history, we have 4-5 generations working together - and not always successfully!  Generational differences in communication styles, attitudes, values and work habits impact how we work effectively with our fellow employees, executives, clients and business associates. When you successfully manage these differences, you can motivate workers of all generations to achieve ongoing organizational success.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn the importance of managing generational differences.
  • Discover the 5 generations working side by side in the workplace today.
  • Understand the communication styles, rewards, feedback mechanism and management approaches that motivate each generation.
  • Obtain techniques for minimizing conflict and increasing productivity in the workplace.
