George William Stephens, Jr. and Associates (GWS) has an immediate opportunity for an experienced civil engineer in our Belcamp and Hunt Valley offices. Candidate should already have a professional license as well as a minimum of 5-10 years of working experience. Job knowledge to include civil site engineering and design for residential, commercial and industrial developments. Job responsibilities to include project management as well as management of staff members and business development. Baltimore region design experience a must.
